From October through to December, the Halo System’s security operations centre (SOC) helped right across the build-live-break phases of the spectacular Noor Riyadh Festival of Light – the Arabian capital’s marquee event.
130 male and female artists from the international community contributed to the display of artworks around the theme “We Dream Of New Horizons.”
This reflects a sense of hope for the future, with positive and optimistic confidence in renewal and transformation.
The Halo System was used across a range of functions, including:
- Incident Management
- Live Action Updates
- Multiple Geo-fences & Smart Information Filtering
- Staff Deployment & Tasking
- Multi-Agency Logging
This facilitated Noor Riyadh in achieving its objectives for its record-breaking show –
- Artwork Maintenance across 19 Major Sites
- Site Observations
- Electrical Safety Reporting
- Fire Hazard Evaluations
- Perimeter Security
- Worker Welfare
The 120 installations were found at 40 different locations around Riyadh and attracted a total of 2.8 million visitors across the span of the show. These were protected and maintained through Halo’s security information and event management (SIEM) platform.
The transformation of the city to a “gallery without walls” featured light innovations and structures that pushed the boundaries of contemporary production.
These world-firsts were spotlighted by the Guinness World Records announcing 6 World Records were broken at this year’s second edition of Noor Riyadh!
Halo thanks the teams and agencies at Noor Riyadh, Riyadh Art and HAVAS Paris for trusting Halo’s security operations centre (SOC) over all others to help deliver on the spectacular 2022 edition.
