We needed a rapid to deploy, easy to use, zero training required real-time communication system. Halo has been that and more, helping with incidents, issues and security lane setup, health and safety and suspicious activity as well as providing great reports year after year so that we can analyse data and have the best resources in the best places at all times.
Since we have launched with Halo in late August we have seen over a 900% increase in reporting of Crime and Security incidents. This is due to the increased access to a lot more team members. Halo encourages the security team to act with more autonomy. The reporting itself is also quicker and user friendly.
Halo has transformed our incident management by enabling us to tag specific parties, maintain accurate time-stamped evidence, and prevent data leakage or PR concerns. It’s so effective I would say it saves us over 70% of the time we used to spend working on logging incidents with the previous methods.
