Introduction
Yas Marina Circuit is one of the world’s most iconic motorsport and entertainment venues, hosting globally renowned events while operating as part of the wider Ethara portfolio of venues. With the need for seamless safety, security, and operational oversight, Ethara partnered with Halo Solutions to implement the Halo System across Yas Marina Circuit in late 2024.
In less than a year, Halo has become central to how the Circuit connects its teams, processes, and operations — from the busiest international race days to daily site management.
The Challenge
Managing Yas Marina Circuit presented unique challenges:

This configuration allowed different teams — from venue security to medical and beyond — to operate seamlessly on the same platform while retaining the flexibility of role-specific dashboards.
